Wind, Surface & Fire Safety Policy (Tents/Canopies):
For safety reasons, we do not deliver or set up tents/canopies if sustained winds are 15 MPH or higher or if there are active wind alerts/advisories in the area. If wind conditions become unsafe after setup, we may require the tent/canopy to be taken down for safety.
Surface Type Required:
Please tell us in advance what surface the tent/canopy will be installed on: grass, turf, concrete/asphalt, or dirt. This allows us to bring the correct anchoring equipment and secure the setup properly.
No Open Flames / Heat Sources Near Tents:
For fire safety, no open flames or heat sources are allowed inside, under, or near tents/canopies, including tiki torches, fire pits, bonfires, BBQ grills, candles, sparklers, fireworks, or smoking. Keep all heat sources a safe distance away at all times.
