Space Requirements

Please ensure there is adequate space for safe setup, including proper clearance around the unit, overhead clearance, and clear access for delivery equipment. Required measurements will be confirmed prior to delivery if needed.

Power Requirements

This water slide requires 1 dedicated power outlet on a separate electrical breaker to prevent power loss during operation.
If power is not available, generator rental is available upon request.

Surface Setup

Water slides can be safely installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf with proper anchoring and protective mats when required.
⚠️ Please notify us of the surface type at booking to ensure correct setup.

Water Requirements

Customer must provide a standard garden hose with adequate water pressure located within reasonable distance of the setup area.

Adult Supervision

⚠️ Adult supervision is required at all times.
All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our staff during setup.

🛟 Water Slide Safety Rules

For the safety of all participants and to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience, the following rules must be followed at all times:

• One rider at a time at all times
  (Climbing, on the top platform, sliding, and entering the splash pool)

• Only one person may climb at a time
  🚫 No multiple riders on the climbing steps

• Only one person allowed on the top platform at a time

• Slide feet-first only
  🚫 Absolutely NO flips, dives, or head-first sliding

• Splash pool must remain clear at all times
  Riders must exit the pool immediately after sliding to allow safe use by the next rider

• Do NOT move, rotate, lift, or reposition the water slide
  The unit must remain exactly where it was professionally installed by our staff

• 🚫 Do NOT untie, loosen, remove, or disconnect any anchoring, stakes, straps, or tie-downs
  The unit must remain fully secured at all times exactly as installed

• No climbing on exterior walls

• No rough play, pushing, or wrestling

• No entering restricted or non-play areas

• Shoes, food, drinks, glasses, and sharp objects are not permitted

⚠️ Do not touch or approach the blower at any time

🐕 Pets must be kept away from the inflatable area. Any pet-related damage may result in additional charges.

🚫 Silly String is strictly prohibited on or around the inflatable. Residue or damage may result in cleaning or repair fees.

Public, School & Large Events

For school events, city events, or large public gatherings, a minimum of 2 trained staff members is recommended for continuous supervision.

Weather Policy

Water slides cannot be operated during:

• High winds

• Heavy rain

• Lightning

• Unsafe weather conditions

For guest safety, units may be shut down if conditions become unsafe.

Cleaning & Inspection

All inflatables are commercial-grade, thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental to ensure the highest safety and quality standards.

⚠️ Event Fee – Public or Time-Sensitive Events

An additional Event Fee may apply for public or private events requiring strict installation or pickup timeframes.

This fee covers:

• Additional staffing

• Scheduling control

• Logistics coordination

• Compliance with city, school, park, or venue timelines
